A HAZARD is something with the potential to cause harm, such as equipment, substances, the work environment, methods of working and other aspects of work orgnisation

• Look for hazards or potential hazards in the work place
• Review Method Statements & Risk assessments that have been carried out
• Advise Safe systems of work
